No
What specific things do you like about the device and related services?
Compatibility with Microsoft Outlook and EVDO connectivity
What things don't you like or that can be improved and related services?
The phone locks up (requiring a soft reset) in 1 of every 3 or 4 incoming calls causing the call to be lost. Software running on the device often runs so slow as to be unusable. Verizon’s service is not as strong in the Oakland Hills as Cingular. I rarely get EVDO service, it nearly always reverts to 1X
